Learn more about the Muir PTA website See you tomorrow!
Please Return First Day Packets! • Look for a bright green packet of forms that went home the first week of school. Make sure to return the white page (device agreement), as that’s what we need on file in order to allow student devices to go home. If you need another packet, please call our office!
Picture Retakes • The school photographer will be back on Thursday, Nov. 3 for picture retakes.
Student Drop-off and Pick-up • For the morning drop-off, we ask that all parents/guardians please remain at gate when bringing their children to school. Allow/encourage children to walk to class lineup on their own. Students can practice their independence and Muir staff can better monitor safety on school grounds. For the afternoon pick-up, when the first bell rings (2:25) all children will stand in their class lineup area with their teacher. Students will remain in their class lines unless they have a Walker pass (form must be signed by parent and on file with teacher) or until parent walks to lineup to escort them off playground. A new traffic pattern is also in the works to better ensure our students’ safety at drop-off and pick-up. More safety information coming!
Excellent Resource for Families • The Source is Seattle Public Schools’ online communication tool that gives parents, guardians and students access to schedules, attendance, assessment scores, paying the $25 technology fee and more! Please be sure you are utilizing this valuable resource. Learn more about The Source
