COVID Symptoms
COVID-19 affects different people differently with symptoms ranging from mild to severe!
Symptoms may appear 2-14 days after exposure to the virus. Symptoms include:
- Muscle or body aches
- Fever
- Chills
- Nausea or vomiting
- Fatigue
- Shortness of breath
- Cough
- New loss of taste or smell
- Headache
- Congestion or runny nose
- Sore Throat
Emergency warning signs for COVID-19. Seek emergency medical care immediately:
- Trouble breathing
- Persistent pain or pressure in the chest
- New confusion
- Inability to wake or stay awake
- Bluish lips or face

Mental Health Importance
COVID-19 Global Pandemic may be stressful for some people. The way we carry out daily activities has been changed significantly and may cause stress, fear, anxiety, and feelings of overwhelmingness.
It is important to remember you are not alone. It is okay to ask for help. Resources are available to get you the help you need.

Healthy ways to cope include:
- take care of body: exercise, stretch, sleep and healthy eating
- take breaks from reading, watching, and listening to news
- make time to unwind or connect with friends and family: journal, art, music, talk with others, meditations, deep breathing
- talk with children about their feelings and thoughts in a safe environment, be accepting and understanding; practice coping with them.

Testing Information
- COVID Swab Test detects SARS-CoV-2
- Get the swab test if you are currently sick, have symptoms, or have been exposed to someone who tested positive.
- Get the antibody test if you were sick more than 2 weeks ago. It will detect if you had COVID-19.
Stay Safe and Healthy At Home
- Clean and disinfect with alcohol-based solutions (at least 70% alcohol) frequently touched objects and surfaces daily Ex: doorknobs, tables, light switches, phones, toys, remote controls, keyboards, sinks, toilets.
- Disinfect after bringing in groceries and packages into home! Wash all produce under running water before eating or preparing!
- Use white vinegar or hydrogen peroxide solutions for general cleaning in between disinfecting surfaces.
- Use 1/3 cup of 5.25–8.25% bleach solution per gallon of room temperature water disinfection effective for 24 hours.

- Wear your mask! Keep mouth and nose covered!

Wash hands frequently with warm soapy water for at least 20 seconds and avoid touching face!
